Class Descriptions

  • Abs

    20 - 30 minutes of exercises targeted at your waist and abdominals. Instructors will teach you to work your abs the right way.

  • Aqua Fit

    This class provides an intense cardio workout in a no-impact environment. The resistance is provided by the water. This workout will help you build cardio-vascular strength without the joint discomfort that may occur with other workouts.

  • Body Sculpting

    60 minutes of strength building exercises. This class may utilize body bars, weights, bands, and the Step. Great for building muscle tone, strength and endurance.

  • Funk

    Learn the latest funk moves in a high intensity cardio workout. Routines are taught in "add-on" fashion to keep you moving throughout the class. Routines are repeated and expanded over several classes to help you gain proficiency while you build stamina and strength. And it's FUN!

  • Hi Lo with Weights

    This is a complete workout combining cardio and strength training. The cardio portion includes both high and low impact aerobics moves designed to strengthen bones as well as muscles, but it can be done as a low impact routine if necessary. The weight routine works the entire body with emphasis on good safe form.

  • Pilates

    (Mat Class) One of today's most popular conditioning techniques. Strength is gained by centering the body and developing the abdominals and the torso.

  • Spinning

    45 to 60 minutes of heart pumping and focused cycling. This is an intense instructor-led workout. The major focus is on lower body and building strong cardio endurance.
    Recommended: Bring a towel, water, and padded shorts or a gel seat. If you are a first time participant please introduce yourself to the instructor, and inform him/her that you are new to spinning.

  • Stretch & Align

    Slow static stretches and proper body alignment. Relax and build your flexibility at the same time.

  • Aerobic Boxing 

    Low impact workout. Learn to kick and punch and build your cardio-vascular strength at the same time. Feel powerful and focused!

  • Weight Training

    60 minutes of strength building exercises. This class may utilize body bars, weights, bands, and the Step. Great for building muscle tone, strength and endurance.

  • Yoga

    Improve flexibility, reduce stress and restore a healthy mental and physical balance.

  • Aerobic Training / Circuit Training Boot Camp

              Military boot-camp style workout in a group-supported gym environment.

  • Hip Hop Cardio  

              5-Phase, full body exercise program that provides the opportunity to achieve cardiovascular / body conditioning goals while learning the latest Hip Hop Dance Steps seen in music videos and dance clubs.

  • TAE BOŽ

              Developed by Billy Blanks. The famous workout featured in TV infomercials includes classic techniques from boxing and martial arts, with some dance moves. Martial arts and boxing develop strength, speed, balance, coordination and awareness.   • ZUMBAŽ

              .ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
